This game is meant to calm you down and relive stress. Once in menu, You can press play to play without music but if you want music click into the music menu and choose a song. You can also change the background Colour in the Background Colour menu. When you're in the game the fuzz will change colours and you can press your mouse down to place fuzz down, you can also hold mouse down.
