I suppose it could be trying to force you to grab a snack, but why should you listen to it? Oh, wait, maybe it's an all-powerful being with the ability to erase timelines. In that case, you might want to listen to its wishes. Hold on a second, wouldn't that be like a spirit living inside you? This would be a case of possession, would it not? Well, that brings a whole other set of issues to the table.
