[MODIFIED 12/8/2025] You control the snake with your mouse cursor. The score counter on the top right increases by one each time the snake eats the food (the "target"). The target then spawns at a random position, but if it "touches" the counter, it will "teleport" again. Keep in mind that using this algorithm, the food might spawn and touch the snake, in that case, you get a free point. I will try to resolve this in the future. The game ends when the head of the snake touches any side or corner. You won't "die" from hitting the head with other parts of the body.
[MODIFIED 12/8/2025] This is the third game I have ever made in Scratch. (After making this, I started losing interest in making Scratch projects, so I'm not sure if I will quit or take a long break from it). Inspired by project "Rắn săn mồi" (meaning the snake game in Vietnamese, literally "Snake hunting prey") by @banhminuong – check it out on https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/690141324 Background: Galaxy (default in Scratch) Snake and eyes: From the project above Target: Fruits in Scratch Add One: Arial Rounded MT Bold font Score: DOS VGA 437 font (from Dafont) Music: Video Game 2 (Scratch) Sound Effects: Oops, Coin (Scratch)
