my (somewhat controversial) kpop opinions: /!\ PLEASE please dont read if you can't handle opinions. also some of these (most) might be kind of targeted so i apologize in advance !! /!\ 1. idols should not be praised for dancing and singing live at the same time. that's quite literally what they train for; and are doing the bare minimum. 2. 80% - 90% of P1harmony stans are just keeho solo stans. always commenting "this must have been keehos idea" or "wheres keeho" ugdshgd the other members exist !! :/ (NO HATE TO KEEHO at all love him) 3. people who put "(x kpop group) anti" in their bio like it's some kind of aesthetic .. are really embarrasing (respectfully). i've noticed this is really common with straykids ,, nmixx ,, n blackpink antis. i really dont think being a hater is something you should be proud of lol 4. there is no such thing as 'bad music'. music taste is subjective. if you dont like a song, just say so and move on. there is literally no reason to compare music to noise or 'pots n pans' etc (ifykwm) 5. calling a very successful group a 'flop' is not the flex you think it is !! 6. believe it or not, if a group is popular, 80% of the reason why is because of their music quality ( same thing with the opposite) 7. itzy is best as 5 !! 8. saying that a group fell off just because YOU dont like their music is very !! silly !! im sure a lot of people would disagree with you lol 9. nmixx lily is the best female 4th gen vocalist ,, and i dont even stan nmixx. (honorable mentions to aespa ning2 and lsrfm yunjin (the loml) 10. le sserafim / (g)i-dle stans who STILL talk about their groups as 6 and still mentioning the garam / soojin is v annoying. its disrespectful to the groups and the ex-members. its been years TT move on 11. blackpink has solid music and are talented as a group. what their company decides/ decides not to do is not under bp's control. 12. fifty fifty deserved sm better 13. queencard was NOT the flop some of you all made it out to be 14. jake (enhypen) was the only kpop idol to properly apologize for the starbucks incident. 15. stays are toxic. so are blinks. so are army. so are bunnies. so is every other kpop fandom. 16. ive is literally wonyoung and friends at this point ( i love wonyoung sm its not her fault ; its the companies) + though i will say starship is treating all the members more fairly now. 17. hybe n jyp has the best groups in terms of talent 18. twice ot8 stans are valid. 19. the tomboy rap was a cultural reset :hearteyes: it ate idc what anyone sayss 20. there is a difference between ace and all-rounder. an all rounder is someone who is good at all positions (rap, vocal, dance) but an ace is someone who EXCELS at all positions. e.g han jisung + is an ace. chaewon is an all rounder (just examples ) and thats all (for now) !! i might add more later lol feel free to dis/agree (politely) in the comments !! also im sorry if there are a lot of grammar / spelling mistakes TT i made this really late at night and trust i will proofread in the morning
