LGBTQ+ TERMS TO KNOW FOR THIS PROJECT: (sorry if I get any wrong) Straight - Attraction to the opposite gender Cisgender - Assigned gender at birth and gender identity match Lesbian - Falls under the gay umbrella; refers to females who only feel attraction to other females Aroace - Feels little or no romantic or sexual attraction Demigirl - Someone who identifies only partially as female Pan - Gender-blind; doesn't care about the gender of whom they are attracted to Transgender - Assigned gender at birth and gender identity do not match. FTM - An abbreviation for 'female to male.' MTF is the same but flipped; 'male to female.' Genderfluid - A gender identity which is fluid, and can change from time to time Nonbinary - A gender identity which doesn't fall into solely male or female Omniromantic - Romantically attracted to all genders, but unlike pan, may have preferences for certain genders Asexual - Feels little to no sexual attraction Gay - Describes someone who feels attraction to the same gender Queer - Anyone who isn't cisgender and/or straight
