Talking about the comic: So I'm making a comic. I don't know how this will go since I'm not great at art but I enjoy it so I'm trying anyway. It sort of has a plot but I'm mainly doing it to practice art and have fun. Do not expect the story to be serious at all (unless I want it to in a few scenes but mostly no) It's about a cat who eats cake and travels to alternate universes so yeah. Do not expect it to be well-written either, I will be hyperfixating on my weird cat OCs a lot in this comic and the story will probably only sometimes have a plot. As for the art, I’m still learning and practicing art things so hopefully it doesn’t look too weird. I will try to make the art look good to a point, it will still look cartoony and they get lines for eyes because it’s a design choice (also I'm bad at drawing eyes :p) The Legend of Goldenfall is sort of a Warriors comic but like I said, there are multiple universes, so only some of them are. I probably will post the first chapter of the comic soon-ish (no), but I want to make several chapters before I post the first one so it might be a little longer. The comic is not meant to be a high-quality thing, just a thing where I can put all my OCs in one place and make them do stuff so please don't judge, I'm making this comic entirely for me. If anyone's actually interested tho, I can ping people when it comes out
Talking about the refs: also all this art is really pixelated so maybe don't look at it too closely. Goldie: That is her name before she becomes Goldenfall. Goldenfall is a screaming ball of constant energy who also has magical powers. I made this ref a while back so I personally don't like it very much, but it works as a ref and I have better things to do than update it, so it stays. Winterkit: They aren't actually that often shown of a character (still important though), but he's in the start of the comic so I made his ref first. I made the art pretty quickly but I actually really like how it turned out. Appletree: As said in the image, she was designed by @TheLonelyDorito. I think it's really funny how obvious the difference is between a design I made myself and one I got from someone else. I like simple designs, but I'm not going to simplify the design just to make her look like the others. There is sort-of a reason why Appletree looks like she does in the story. Also, I spent way too much time on this art but it was worth it because I think it looks pretty good. Toast: This design wasn't meant to look good at all. but I love Toast and he is going to have floppy ears and a bright pink nose regardless of if they work with the design. And this art was v e r y rushed but idc. Toast is my child even though he's an adult for most of the comic Why are you down here? The stuff is up there.
