After his son's birth and wife's death, he's hidden himself and his child away and raised him in secret, in fear of what The Seven would do if they found out he was nursing a sentient being. Cornelius, previously known as C-0135, is now a fugitive taking shelter with C-0R47 (Corky) and a strange human claiming to be "Tsukuyomi". Heiyaoshi Liu's father, Thái Bình Dương, was taken away from him when he was 14 years old. He's been looking for him for five years.
