1. Hii, I go by Lilac on this site, my pronouns are she/him, and I ice skate competitively irl. I'm really into art, and drawing, as well as reading, and making things! 2. I'll be able to spend at least an hour managing, I ice skate quite a bit but my phone is glued on myself (does anyone know how to get my phone off of me?)so I'll never really be away from Scratch! 3. I need to improve my leadership skills (apparently i'm not sigma enough), and I also need to be more outgoing and direct at what I need in a constructive way. Also, I need the healthcare /j 4. I am really nice, and I am on top of things most of the time. I'm good at conveying messages in a nice and respectful way, as well as staying calm in bad situations. I am also very helpful most of the time, so I would also be able to help and guide people in the right direction! 5. I would make good relationships with all booth owners, as well as maintain said relationships in a nice and friendly manner. I would also provide help in making their booth stand out and possible attract more customers to buy the owner's art. 6. I would make the event like a lottery-type event, where everyone makes a design that people would generally like. Then, everyone would choose a number that corresponds to a design (numbers would be assigned randomly and you do not know what number corresponds to what design). Whatever design you get, you keep, like a gachapon. So in reality, its a collab gachpon. Something else I add is the ability to choose again for a design, but it would cost only a couple crumbs and you can only reroll once to avoid autobuying. 7. ( I would call them out immediately, saying "U ARE A KAREN AS A MANAGER I BANISH U FROM BB /j im not gonna do that) I would politely go to both sides of the arguement. Upon seeing A is lying, I would respectfully remind A in a simple "Hi, I am a manager of the bb, and I was looking through the transaction studio, but I couldn't find your transaction. I looked that B's booth, and also couldn't find any proof. I am not accusing you, I just need more information to make a conclusion. Thank you and let me know if anything else occurs!" If they continue talking about it, I would politely tell them that because there is no evidence, we cannot confirm nor deny B owes you art. 8. When the person starts insulting me, I would remind them of Scratch's community guidelines, and let them know that 1. They broke the rules and 2. they will need to change their submission in order for their art to be counted in judging. If they continue, I will respectfully talk to them without losing my temper, in hopes they calm down and change their art. If they do not change their art, I will talk to the other managers to see their input. If all else fails and it really becomes a problem, I would report their comments and remove the project (with permission from a more experienced manager). 9. I would remind them to not put unrelated projects in the studio, as well as remove said projects from the studio. I would also notify them on their profile, saying that continuing to add the projects will cause me to keep removing them. I would most likely just remove the projects and ignore the Scratcher. 10. I would immediately alert E of this, and comment on D's project that it is against their TOS to resell the design. I would also tell them to please remove the selling project to avoid any arguments and to please keep the design and respect people's TOS in the future. If they do not, I will tell older managers of this, and ask for permission to remove/ban that person from bb creds: - FRUITY because she made like. half the questions IM JUST REUSING EM - hosts/managers: myself, , - thumbnail made by
