so i kinda have this.. "healthy" obsession with cauliflower rice. and salmon. and soy sauce~ so i was like, "hey why not put it all together" (im joking i found a recipe that actually had it all in there and i was like yessss) it turned out surprisingly well.. i usually have roasted seaweed with it ('gimme' brand with the adorable turtle on front! seriously tasty!) but i ate it all yesterday so :skull:
