Wrenclaw glanced at Jadekit before walking to the medicine den’s exit. “I have to go to the moonpool, okay? Don’t bother Snowkit or Specklestep, okay?” Jadekit nodded at her. Wrenclaw walked along the mountains of PineClan’s territory for a while until the scents gave way into BranchClan, FireClan, and finally, MothClan, where the moonpool was located. The BranchClan medicine cat, Frondshade, was already sitting across from her at the moonpool, his jet-black fur blending into the night. Soon, the FireClan medicine cat, Thistlewing, arrived and sat down as well. “Where are Aprilpaw and Walnut?” She asked, listening for the MothClan medicine cats. A moment later, Wrenclaw could make out Walnut’s brown tabby pelt emerging from the trees, followed by Aprilpaw, a calico who had been apprenticed to Walnut. “Hello,” Walnut said friendlily. They too took a seat at the moonpool, as did Aprilpaw. “Today, if StarClan agrees, we will receive messages from StarClan,” Wrenclaw announced. “It is important that, prophecy or not, the messages are not ignored.” Nodding at the other cats, one by one, each of them touched their noses to the moonpool’s icy water, the StarClan cats slipping into their dreams. Wrenclaw’s dream came fast. She was swimming in the ocean, gray storm clouds overhead. She then heard an echoing voice booming in her head— it seemed disembodied, as if it was everywhere. The tides reflecting the moon will shift. An angry storm will arise. Each boat will rock its passengers overboard. Three amongst the ships will be broken in the storm if one fails to be the sleuth. They must decide who is the brains, the heart, and the furthest from the truth. All at once, as the voice repeated the words over and over again, it became muffled as a wave washed over Wrenclaw, splashing her back into reality. As Wrenclaw looked at the moonpool, the last words of the prophecy rang in her mind: Three amongst the ships will be broken in the storm if one fails to be the sleuth. They must decide who is the brains, the heart, and the furthest from the truth.

They were not named “Walkit,” don’t worry. - You do need more information to decode the prophecy, so don’t be frustrated if you can’t interpret all of it just yet. :)
