For this project, I will be explaining the rules in the clans, and the rules to follow in the roleplay. IRP rules [ breaking these may result in IRP consequences but they are just the rules the kingdoms have so there will be no OORP consequences. ] 1. In order to maintain peace between Caelis and Paventien, half of the citizens, chosen when they become adult cats (disregarding the high-ranks) have to marry cats from the kingdom not their own. The high-ranks can mate with whomever they want. 2. Kits of inter-clan couples must be split between the two kingdoms. If there is an odd number of kits, the parents have to decide which kingdom they go to.[part a of codeword is your character's favorite prey] 3. There are balls every two moons to encourage interaction between the two kingdoms. All young citizens (under 13 moons) must arrive unless they are camp-bound for any reason. 4. Court Healers can't refuse to give someone medical attention, no matter what kingdom they're in. 5. Don't challenge the ideas of a ruler with battle. Suggest it instead in a diplomat-like fashion. If a ruler is fought, exile and being cast into the Woods will be in order. 6. You may not go on the territory of a kingdom other than yours without at least one escort from said kingdom. 7. In general, don't purposefully stir up drama with the other kingdom. OORP RULES [ these will have OORP consequences. in low extents, being warned, and in high extents, a ban. ] 1. Respect the admins and HRs. Don't be rude. The admins are people too. 2. If an admin tells you to change something about your sign-up bio, then do it. 3. Don't attack/kill people's characters without permission. 4. Just don't be a jerk. 5. Kit x warrior ships aren't allowed. Nothing creepy. The only way app x warrior is allowed is if they started being a ship when both apprentices. 6. Ask for permission before starting any type of group, having 'forbidden' mates, leaving or switching kingdoms, or if your cat can have a specific trait. 7. Don't make your cats too unrealistic. This only goes to an extent, seeing as these are cats with medieval kingdoms who can talk. Cats of Caelis can have slightly more saturated pelts but no neon green cats or rainbow eyes, please. Also no coffeemakershine or anything. 8. If your character has a disorder or disability, please research it. If you have said disability or disorder, though, you don't have to. 9. Two characters per Scratcher. No signing up with like six characters using alt accounts. No two characters who are both in the same kingdom. 10. Use the codewords hidden in the rules in your sign-up bio.[part b is your character's favorite color] 11. Keep it scratch-friendly! 12. Don't mini-mod. Leave the admin-ing to the admins, please. 13. Don't make your character have a crush until you've roleplayed at least two times. They can't become mates until 3 roleplays later.
