MISSION INCREDIBLE ============================================= Chapter 4 Dawn After breakfast, I went outside for a quick jog. Brr. It was pretty cold outside today. The girls decided to do other things, Kallie and Alyssa decided to do some training that they missed out on, and Luna went back into our dorm. I let my gaze travel around to process the view inside my head. Then my phone rang. I sat down on a nearby bench to accept the call. It was from Mrs. Graf! “Hello Dawn, I was just wondering if you had time to come down to the lobby for a meeting with your dormmates.” “Sure! I’ll come as fast as I can!” Then I sprinted to our dorm and knocked. Luna came and opened the door for me. “Hey Luna! I’m here to change, and then I’m going down to the lobby. Are you coming?” She nodded. I changed into a warmer outfit, then walked down to the lobby with Luna. “Hey guys!” Mrs. Graf said with what I could imagine to be the biggest smile ever, then we exchanged greetings. “The Agent Academy is getting a new feature where you can each get pets, then train them for future purposes. Do you guys want to?” I nodded yes. Luna did too. “Okay girls, you can follow me into the new room.” We followed her down a hallway and finally walked into a room full of pets. “You can choose anything from here!” She exclaimed and then left. I looked around, and I saw the perfect match for me. A Black and White Border Collie puppy with its tongue lolling out was looking at me. I ran over to pet his head. This was PERFECT! I walked over to the counter and asked if I could take the Border Collie. “Sure!” She nodded. I brought the dog over and got the leash + collar set. Once I got back to my dorm, I realized that I left Luna behind. Oops. I texted her: ‘Hey Luna! I’m back at the dorm bc I had to get the dog out of the hallways, sorry!’ A few seconds later Luna was typing. ‘Ok’ The text came. I thought about what I should name the dog when Alyssa and Kallie came in. “Hi!” I said. “Hi! Where’s Luna?” They asked. “Oh, she’s getting her pet. Do you guys want one too?” Alyssa rolled her eyes. “Duh” They both said at the same time. “JINX!!” We all laughed. “OK we’ll see you later Dawn!” I scrolled through my phone while finding names for the dog. “BAILEY! That’s the perfect name!” I exclaimed to nobody in particular. “Ok, doggy, from now on, your name will be Bailey.” The dog seemed to understand me. This was great! Luna After breakfast, Dawn went out for a quick jog. I decided to go back to my dorm and figure something out in the secret diary I found some other day. I rushed to the tattered, black diary when I got to my dorm. I opened it up and wrote: My name is Luna Katz. The words suddenly dissolved onto the page. What in the name of heaven?? Then, new words appeared on the page: Hello, Luna, my name is Tom Enigma. Ooh, it’s like from Harry Potter! My phone rang. It was Mrs. Graf. “Hello Luna, I was just wondering if you had time to come down to the lobby for a meeting with your dormmates.” “Sure!”. I came and opened the door for Dawn when she came rushing in. “Hey Luna! I’m here to change, and then I’m going down to the lobby. Are you coming?” I nodded.
