MISSION INCREDIBLE ============================================= Chapter 5 Dawn That afternoon, I spent time with Bailey trying to teach her a few basic tricks like “Sit, Paw, Stay, Come, Wait, and Drop It”. I also got her to understand her name. I also did some research and found out that Border Collies can be REALLY smart. “Hey Bailey! Come!” I said for the 19th time. Bailey trotted over to me. I finally did it! I taught a dog a trick! Maybe this won’t be that hard. I heard someone knock on the door so I went and opened it for them. “...” I was speechless. Sofia. Sofia freaking Rodriguez was here. “Hey Dawn,” She said with a smirk. “W- why are YOU here?” I asked. “Oh. Well, one of the people chosen had to drop out so I came instead” Wow. This girl. “Anyways, just thought I would exchange greetings with my NEW NeXt DoOr NeIgHbOrS” No. Way. No freaking way. I made sure that she left before I slammed my door shut. I climbed on top of my bed and shifted my head so that my gaze bored into (hi Angie I’ll come back in a few minutes) the white ceiling. I was half asleep when I heard another knock. It must be Luna! I thought. I opened the door and thankfully this time it was Luna. “OMG You got a golden retriever?” Luna looked excited too. Then Bailey rushed up and licked Luna. “Oh, and that’s Bailey.” I said with a laugh. Luna laughed too. “Awww they can be friends!” She gushed. Then Kallie and Alyssa came back. “Wow! You guys got dogs!” Kallie said while hugging me. “Yeah! And you can go get yours too! We’re supposed to train them.” “Yay!” Kallie squealed. “I’m coming too!” Alyssa shouted. Luna I took Daisy outside for a while, then I saw Sofia. “So you finally decided to come,” “Yes, got those friends of yours?” I nodded and kept on walking. I think I should get back to my dorm now, I thought. “OMG You got a golden retriever?” Dawn gaped when I got back to my dorm. Then a Border Collie rushed up and licked me. “Oh, and that’s Bailey.” Dawn said with a laugh. I laughed too. “Awww they can be friends!” I gushed. Then Kallie and Alyssa came back. “Wow! You guys got dogs!” Kallie said while hugging Dawn. “Yeah! And you can go get yours too! We’re supposed to train them.” “Yay!” Kallie squealed. “I’m coming too!” Alyssa shouted.
