Chapter 3 As Deli and Jake rushed through the wall between platforms 9 and 10 too platform 9+1/3 when Deli saw the platform she was amazed with witches and wizards walking around suddenly she realised Jake wasn't there "JJ!" She yelled. Then he appeared leaning out of the train "You didn't think I'd forgotten about you did ya Del?" He sniggered. "Well come on, GET ON!!!" When she got on Deli saw it was crowded and after 10 minutes she and Jake finally a compartment with a girl in it "Is it alright if we sit here?" asked Deli. "Sure!" the girl exclaimed. "I'm Via by the way Via Dumbledore," she said "I know, I know another Dumbledore but honestly I'm not that great, ok? Ok? OK?" "Yep got it!" Deli said cheekily. "I'm Jake by the way, Jake Ulley. Oh and this is," "I can introduce myself thank you very much," Deli interrupted "I'm Deli but I don't know my last name so it's just Deli but you can call me Del if you like!" Deli said. Soon after they all changed into their black Hogwarts robes "I can't wait to see what house I'm sorted into, I just hope it's not Slytherin" said Via. "Same!" Deli said so as not to feel left out. Finally they got there then they sailed in the boats and then suddenly they were about to get sorted. Deli turned to her left to say something to Via but, she was gone! "Where's Via gone?" She asked Jake but he didn't hear her he was so focused on the sorting then Deli heard "Ulley, Jake" then the sorting hat was placed upon his head and it yelled, "GRYFFINDOR" then suddenly the table furthest from them erupted into cheers then there were a few other names such as 'Ginny Weasley' then she heard "Deli" as she walked up to the crooked old stall she saw Jake give her a thumbs up so she smiled back as she sat down it took 5 seconds for the hat to decide... "SLYTHERIN" she looked shocked but ran over to the table that started to yell and clap. About 3 days after that she still hadn't seen Via and she was starting to worry she had made her up has a friend then as she walked into the common room she saw Via "VIA" she screeched "OMG you're back where did you go I have so many questions like, wait, hang on," Deli paused "I thought you said you didn't want to be in Slytherin?" "Yeah well we can't all be winners." Via said slightly gruff and annoyed. Deli went to sit down next to her friend "So I took the liberty of colleting your homework for you!" Deli grinned "Del!" She moaned "Do I seriously have to do it?" "Of course you do otherwise before you know it there will be 50 points off Slytherin and a weeks worth of detention for Miss Via Dumbledore and they will NOT care if you are Dumbledore's great niece or whatever! Heck I would doubt they would care if you were Professor Dumbledore's daughter. So I suggest you get on with it missy!" suddenly the prefects watch buzzed "Alright," the prefect boomed "It's time for bed! All of you, chop chop!" "Oh what rotten luck I can't do my homework," Via said pretending to be sad. "Well come on you can do it tomorrow I guess." said Deli, annoyed.
