In the two kingdoms, there are many shared attributes despite how different they are. In this project, I will be touching on those, since the kingdom-specific ones will be decided mostly by the admins. First, I will talk about the roles adopted by the kingdoms. The highest rank is the ruler. They lead the kingdom and make most of the decisions on borders. They have meetings with one another each moon, which the heirs also come to. The ruler decides which of the citizens train apprentices and which citizens are made heirs. There is only one ruler per kingdom. Second are the heirs. They are chosen right after their citizen ceremony at thirteen moons, and their main job is to learn about keeping the peace between the kingdoms, and what the rulers' job is so that when the ruler passes, the heir is promoted. Next are the court healers. They help with ritual-like things using crystals and plants, and, of course, help with when cats are injured, sick, or having kittens. They are trained by another court healer, and selected once they become apprentices. The rank a cat gets promoted to at thirteen moons old within the kingdoms is the citizens. They are the cats who go on caravans in order to catch prey and travel with the court healers to protect them. They have many fun activities they can do in the kingdoms, and their main job is to not stir up drama. The rank below them is the apprentices, aged from six to twelve moons. They are trained by citizens to learn the etiquette of the kingdoms. FInally, there are kittens. If born to one Caelis and one Paventien cat, they must mainly regard their parent from that kingdom as their parent. The community of citizens raises the kittens. Every two moons, there are balls where cats dress extravagantly and try to spark friendships between the two groups. Kingdoms also have festivals on the winter and summer solstices, which include crafting of things, feasts, and certain seasonal celebrations. When cats are going to become mates, there is a wedding including one or more of the kingdoms depending on if it's an inter-clan relationship or not. The cats believe that the woods are scary and unknown, but will travel through them if completely necessary. Might add more. Thanks for reading all my infodumping.
