[ terms of service ] the owner of my art has the right to use it whenever they wish using proper credit as @loyaltea- but if the art is used offsite, i must be credited as “@loyaltea- on scratch.mit.edu” if the owner of the art changes (most likely if the design is given away), the new owner must be directed to my terms of service, as it additionally applies to them. i must also be notified of every owner change of my designs. if any part of this terms of service is not followed, it may lead to being gray or blacklisted (in which cases you may not be allowed to participate in my events, do trades with me, obtain any of my designs/art, etc) thank you for reading my terms of service!
