I was boarding the flight to Canada with my dad we found our row F13 and sat down hearing a announcement and it said “On this flight there is scheduled to be alot of turbulence.” In mid-flight I had to go to the restroom and I heard a big boom then the plane started to shake and I heard the pilot say “MAYDAY MAYDAY WE ARE GOING DOWN WE ARE GOING DOWN.” Three hours later I hear a ringing in my head.
