Dear Skyler, GET. ME OUT. OF HERE. RIGHT NOW. I think I’m losing my mind. For one thing, I have /no/ privacy. I share a room with Leila (that’s not too bad), Hannah (that is bad), Joanna, and Abigail. Hannah and Joanna are twins, and they’re SO FREAKING ANNOYING. They’re 15, about 2 years older than me, and they treat me like I’m two. They noticed my hearing aid right away (unfortunately), and now talk to me SUUUUUPERRRR LOUUUUUDLLYYYY ANNNDDD SLOOOWLLLY. I’m deaf. Not stupid. Abigail is pretty nice though. She’s 11, and really quiet. She spends most of her time reading or writing, and seems like she doesn’t agree with the things the rest of her family says. Speaking of the rest of her family, I have to hide everything I own because Peter and John ate half my snacks within 5 minutes of us arriving. I’m not even allowed to tell them off for it, because according to Aunt Jennifer ‘people like me’ should talk to her ‘precious little angels’. Aunt Jennifer also called me the r-slur at dinner last night. I don’t like her. At all. Holy mother of month old Froot Loops. This is going to be a long week. Sincerely, Tabitha.
