"Are you sure this is smart?" Violet asked her sister. "We're fine!" Violet's sister reassured her, their paws cruncing in the snow. They continued on until Violet saw a light up ahead. "There!" Violet pointed her tail in the direction on the faint glow. As the continued to trek forward, the snow started to swirl around them, and the wind whipped around them, faster and faster, until all Violet could see was a storm of swirling white. "SIS!" She called, and a knot of worry formed in her stomach when she heard no reply. Violet ran forward, trying to escape the whirling cyclone on white, but tripped and fell into a small hole, perfect for a animal to live in. Violets mind reeled as she struggled to make sense of where she was. All the smells were alien to her, for she had never left the two-leg den before. Violet heard pawsteps behind her, and turned to see a creature she had seen before. The creture had a strange, blue hat on its head, a short tail, and a bandana on its neck and on one of its legs. It was a brownish colored animal, with floppy ears like a dog. Wait. IT WAS A DOG! Violets eyes filled with fear as she shrunk within her pelt. She cowered in the corner of the cave and waited until the dog removed her from existince. Violet would never see her sister agian. Her heart thumped loudly as the dog walked closer, its head on the ground, sniffing for something. The dog walked closer to Violet, its muzzle still at the floor, and Violet squeezed her eyes shut, wanting it to be over already. Once the dog had reached Violet, it picked its muzzle of the floor. Violet braced herself for the worst, but was suprised when the dog sat up and asked, "Hello. Who are you?"
