Public Memo Jan/20/24 Subj: Future of Filmatory Filmatory Corporate Team This is a memo meant to address the current faults with Filmatory, and the solutions to them. We'll begin with discussing some faults we have noticed in this great studio. To begin, we feel as though we need to find a way to greatly increase the commitment of team leaders, so they're guaranteed to hang around. In order to do this, we plan to 1) grant our team leaders four follows for every two months they lead their team, and a bonus for every production their team successfully produces. 2.) we plan to increase the fun of the team leader position by hosting competitions between teams. 3.) we plan on making team leaders sign a sort of contract (not legally-binding obviously) which signs them on for at least five months. Another problem we recognized was that our corporate response time (on the main account and overall) is slowed or sometimes nonexistent. To remedy this issue, we plan on employing an Internal Relations Officer and External Relations Officer as parts of the corporate team. Our External Relations Officer will act as a spokesperson, reply to comments in all official studios and on the profile. Our Internal Relations Officer will act as HR, and run a complaint system for employees to anonymously submit complaints. They will also answer comments/questions from employees, or notify the right person who the question is directed towards. The next issue we've noticed is that our Quality Assurance Officers have not gotten there Quality Assurance reports in - our solution to this problem is a system of three strikes, in which each time a QA officer does not submit their report in time they will receive a strike - at three strikes, they will be "let go." We will have our Vice CEO @DefyGravity20 run this new strike system, and send out reminders to QA officers. We are additionally rolling out a new logo and retro theme, and hope that this scheme is something that you begin to associate with Filmatory. We also have not received the wanted level of popularity/attention. Additionally, our advertisers often don't have assignments. To resolve this issue, we plan on introducing a new position - a CPO, or Chief Promotional Officer. The CPO will be a talented animator and will give advertisers/marketers assignments, and create promotional videos/commercials, along with advertisements. The CPO will also host/run contests, giveaways, etc. Filmatory's corporate department would also like to publicly apologize for our recent slow response times and inability to efficiently function, as well as our often stints like the VISTA film festival and other things of that sort. We will refrain from beginning things of this sort until we are in a position to successfully do so. Additionally, we will be introducing the positions of Executive Secretary (ES), Auxiliary Casting Director, and Auxiliary Employment Director - each of these positions will work under their head and help them with whatever must be done. ES - VCEO , ACD - CD , AED - ED . They will also ensure that their heads are doing their jobs effectively. Production will continue on current projects, and productions without writers will have some soon. We invite you, the Filmatory community, to make suggestions and ask us questions in the below comment section - you may ask us whatever you'd like, from questions about future productions to questions about Filmatory's future! (anything really, just keep it professional - no "what's your favorite color?" or anything of that sort!" Thanks, and apologetic regards, Filmatory CEO Filmatory Corporate Department Filmatory Official Account
