Hi all! :) This project highlights the details of Scratch Ensemble, created by @GalaxyCode789. UPDATE: I have finally updated this project with the music and information about the songs we will be performing, I'm so sorry about the wait! This is still available to join, as long as you can meet the deadline. Let me know if you have any questions, there is still important information in the description. We have a lot of clarinets at the moment, which is awesome, but we could definitely use more lower brass and percussion if possible! ♬♪ What is it? ♪♬ Scratch Ensemble is a collaborative project for people who play a band instrument. The idea is to put together a band arrangement using recordings from the players so that it all sounds cohesive and beautiful, like a real band! ♬♪ Can I join? ♪♬ Anyone familiar with playing a band instrument can join! You don't have to be in band itself, as long as you think you are experienced enough to participate. Ideally, we would like at least 3-5 people on each instrument, so spreading the word would be much appreciated! Keep in mind these are band players, though, so string instruments like violin or guitar may not be guaranteed a part. ♬♪ What songs are we playing and how will I get the music? ♪♬ I'm so sorry about the wait for those of you who have supported this project from the beginning, the music is finally decided on and ready for viewing. The songs are Knights of the Royal Realm, Poéme, Crystal Moon, and Flash! I chose some easier songs, although they should be complicated enough to allow a lot of people to participate, no matter their experience. Make sure to practice with a metronome though - this will ensure we're all playing at the same tempo when we put the music together! The link to the sheet music and recording is out now, each piece has an individual link. Feel free to print this out, so you can see it better. I understand if you don't have a printer, viewing the music on a laptop or tablet screen might help you, but there is not much I can do if it is not working for you.
