Back in the beginning of this empire, this soldiers were common in the streets, governing the Techyon Empire conquered planets and its inhabitants. Wielding a modified Glaive, it was capable of dealing with most insurgencies quickly and efficiently. The shield provided minor defence, though it has proven effective many a time in saving a soldier from destruction.
