Welcome to the XACOL, your one stop shop to likely dying gruesomely! Press space to open/close the door, not hold, just press. When the door is closed you will notice the "Hydraulic Pressure" numerical value increase. When this reaches "Blowout Value" (10), a makeshift adhesive patch to the hydraulic tubes is pushed off, causing the pressure to vent and the door to open. The patch doesn't have the capability to re-adhere until all pressure is vented (0) Aggression Value, this value determines the NT's likelihood to move, it is randomly selected from 7-12 at the start of the test, it also increases when the XAN is blocked by the door, when the value is greater than or equal to 12 the XAN has unique interactions. When the movement variable rolls less than or equal to the aggression value (it rolls from 1-20) the XAN moves one space. The XAN also can detect when your bulkhead is blowing out, when this happens it increases its aggression increases by four When the distance variable is at 1 there will be a three second delay before the next movement roll, you will also notice it in the doorway. Fail to close the bulkhead on it and it will kill you. The "Yes" variable has no other effect than playing ambience (When value = 1 and it moves an additional sound will be played, the same sound is played when the NT is 1 value away.) If you die, Alive changes to 0 and you well... die. The test ends and you must restart by pressing the green flag twice Press M to allow a "Rage State" to be induced when aggressiveness is greater than or equal to 15, be warned, it functions poorly and will NOT make it into the final version.
@StopUsingARealName helped me with a few issues I had while learning how to use Scratch (I started four hours ago) All sounds were either edited from Freesound.com or Scratch's internal audio library. The background music is named "Lights Out" and was made by music artist "Fishcracks"
