A minimalist password generator. Uses only 76 blocks (uses 46 blocks for the actual generator). Uses hacked blocks to minimize block count. Uses https://xeltalliv.github.io/ScratchTools/ProjectJsonMinimizerNew to minimize file size. Scratch and TurboWarp handle lists differently so I added a check for whether the project is running in Scratch or TurboWarp.
