Team Bosses are not racers. There job to manage their teams nationality and racers in the east and west division. Remember this is nationality, not a racing team. Example Team United States, Team Australia, use those. If there are two same nationalities they will team up together as an east and west division team boss. If cannot be settled you will be banned, so be mature and smart.
