note, when alex said he preferred mars' house it's because he didn't think he would be welcomed at ethan's after hurting his feelings. plus, ethan and isa are still settling in, there's a lot going on at dad and papa's place, and alex just wanted to go somewhere that he could chill and relax. (he can get overstimulated if he's already under a huge amount of stress.)
