It isn't very strict, but try to keep to it. ◊ You may use different shades of the color, but keep around the same saturation. ◊ Dunno who the thumbnail cat is. If you want to, you can use them in your part. ◊ Feel free to use OCs or fandoms. Use your own OCs, or other people's -- with permission. ◊ Ask for a part before taking it. ◊ Don't skip through the rules! ◊ PLEASE DON'T ANIMATE ON BACKDROPS ◊ Use as few sprites as possible. ◊ Don't use clones or effects. ◊ Use any animal you want, including humans! ◊ Try to get it done within the first couple weeks you get it. ◊ If I delete your comment, it means you didn't get in. sorry.
