Backstory if you want: Axel used to bully Nyx in Elementary and early Middle School. Axel and Nyx had a lot in common (one of the obvious ones is liking to kill) and Axel decides to have Nyx as a tag along. Axel is usually the leader. Axel is Nyx's escape from limited choices at home with their caretaker, Eris. Nyx looks up to him like he's an older brother. Nyx has been caught a few times running away with Axel by Eris and Remi, so he planned to run away with Axel in the middle of the night.
