We had to pick someone who we're interested in and research about them. We have to make the report as accurate as possible, and I found this file that was on a some website. My person is named The Ribbon Cutter. There's no actual record of his real name and a lot of information is hidden. Apparently, according to various sources, The Ribbon Cutter is always supervised and rarely speaks. No one knows why, but people have some theories. His information is so hidden, people don't even know his age or birth date. His eye color seems to also be unknown. Anyway, about the file, it was a picture of The Ribbon Cutter with a bunch of statements saying "Don't screw up" and "You better behave."
