The hand-built 5.5-liter twin-turbo V-8, rated at 577 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque, is the autobahn-monster its numbers would suggest, sprinting from 0-60 mph in just 3.8 seconds and able to reach a 186 mph top speed. On a road circuit driven back-to-back with traditional sports cars, the AWD CLS63 felt too heavy to come off like a weekend track car, with a bit more understeer than its 300-foot skidpad score of 0.91 g of lateral grip would indicate. The steering feels natural, if a bit heavy at times, and the car tracks laser-straight on highways. The standard seven-speed AMG Speedshift dual-clutch transmission holds a gear all the way up to the redline before shifting, though the driver can click the control to manual mode. A race-start mode allows the driver to maximize the CLS63's standing-start acceleration.

I might get back into the habit of blockshades, I am not sure. Rate this blockshade from 1-10 and post your suggestions down in the comments. #mercedes #benz #cls #63 #w218 #cls63 #sedan
