okay so i've had mine for about 5 years now and it SUCKS, so im gonna give some tips that help me!! - HEATING PADS. they dont work sometimes, but make sure to have one at hand' - ice packs. they work MUCH better than heating pads - medication; ibuprofen, tylenol, midol, etc. TRY TO USE THEM - tea. chamomile and peppermint help me the most - animals. when a cat purrs on you it helps, it works with anxiety as well. - lots and lots of blankets =D if youre at school, ask to go to the nurse and they most likely will give you something to help
