Instructions are on the project itself. The yellow ball has acceleration. The pink ball has no acceleration, and therefore has a constant velocity. I think. The variable boxes are for the yellow ball, not the pink ball (I don't think the pink ball even has a final velocity) You can hide the pink ball by pressing H and show it by pressing S.
Feel free to go inside and mess with some of the variables! I would've made this ball bounce but uh...I don't really know much of physics (maybe everything in this project is actually wrong...)
