This is a rigged coin flipper. Press space quickly to get heads, and do a longer press to get tails. It's really fun to let someone tell you heads or tails, then do the opposite and win the flip repeatedly. If they start to pick up on the long/short press thing and demand that you let them try, surreptitiously hit "B" before you give it to them. It will switch what sides long and short press map to. If for some reason you want a fair flip, press f.
