Me and Amir would like to announce the formation of a joint venture for our Cosotran operations, consisting of not only Amir's current operations but the new Cosotran operations for Entropy Media It will handle the Cosotran operations of PsytexAmir and Entropy Media whilst also producing local programs as well. By the way this isn't a merger, only a joint venture to handle not only Entropy Media's new Cosotra interests but a merger with PsytexAmir's current Cosotra interests as well, the two companies are still separate.
