Highway Racing will take place in Tokyo, Japan. The game will be about racing and upgrading your car. You will start off the game by living in your uncles apartment. For your birthday your uncle will buy you your first car. A 1999 Conda Hivic Si. You will take it out every night to go race downtown. You can race for money or for other cars. You live with your uncle because your parents retired early and sold the house and moved to Mexico. However, you had to make some money some way. Then 1 week after your parents sold the house, you get a call. It's your uncle. He asked you if you wanted to move into his apartment in Tokyo, Japan to live with him. You accept.
