move mouse around to dodge ludicrous amounts of bullets (?). when he gets tired, keep your mouse on him to damage him. get his hp to 0 and you win you heal 1 hp for every hit done to the boss
its easy because he immediately goes to 0 get it? get it? get it? get it?
