The Disappearance Rita didn't know what was happening. She was upset and confused because her parents were gone. The day had begun perfectly because it was Halloween, Rita's favorite day of the year because she loved to scare people and record their reactions. But now things were going terribly wrong because after she came back from trick or treating it was late at night and she had just wanted to topple into bed but immediately noticed something was amiss, the place was a mess! Pillows were everywhere, books were thrown around, and her parents weren't anywhere in sight! Rita began to search everywhere for her parents but couldn't find them, finally, she advanced toward her bedroom. As she walked she had a terrible fright, there was a man wearing a creepy mask in her bed! Rita screamed, waiting for her doom, but strangely the man in the mask just started recording her with her dad's phone. Then the man lifted his mask it was her dad! Her mom came out of her closet and they both started laughing. Her parents started to explain. ¨Every year you always scare everybody else, we wanted to scare you for once!¨ her mom said. So they all burst into laughter and that was how they created their new Halloween tradition.
I came up with it by myself and this is an entry for a story contest, lets hope i did good T-T
