READ ME! when you click the flag you are in track create mode. You can drive around with arrow keys and create your circuit by placing bollards using keys 1-9. When you are done, place your start line using F Then hit space. Hitting bollards will take you to the start line.
I admit, I could have cleaned this up a bit, and I did kind of rush it, but this was sort of a proof of concept.
