Woahh I just made a base- Okay so if you like my line art and you want to make designs, feel free to use this f2u base! You can use it to design characters for adopts and such. Scratch ruined the quality, but if you download the png, hopefully it will end up clearer RULES: 01. ALWAYS credit me, @-lemon_cat-, CLEARLY visible in the description when using this base. 02. Do NOT remove my watermark/username on the base 03. This is optional, but if you use my base I would love to see it!
