Year 0: The Thalidrin tribe was formed after they were able to control the entire mountain and began building dwellings in the caves. The wolf tribe to the North also began to make dwellings in caves and settle down, leading to another settlement. Year 1: The Larun tribe was formed after conquering the smaller desert tribe of Warchester and claiming their lands and people. Year 2-9: The population continued to grow throughout the next several years without much else happening until... Year 10: The wolf tribe was messing around with some special rocks they found when they realized they could melt them down in the lava lakes under the mountain they lived in and then cool them and turn them into the shape of a club... and the Chalcotholic period was born.
The Chalcotholic period is where copper metalworking became common and useful. Tribes can now form copper weapons, shields, armor, stronger buildings, and can begin to build countries instead of just tribes.
