While I am stuck here on Earth in the Kindergarden, I might as well recount the past, back before in the midst of the Gem War. I best start before the war began. Pink Tourmaline and I had always been together. We had felt like we only needed each other. We had done as much as possible together, but our favorite activity was fighting with our Gem weapons. They are not pictured, but my weapon was a sword, and Pink Tourmaline's had been a staff. We liked to fight, and Pink Tourmaline normally won. But we were always careful to not hit each other's Gems or our bodies, we merely hit our own weapons. The one who lost was the one who was knocked down. But All that changed when the war began. Our favorite fighting arena was a battlefield for the fight for the Gem colonies on Earth. I worked as a trainer for a small secret group of Gem fighters. But Pink Tourmaline and I were almost damaged in an attack by the Crystal Gems. Pink Tourmaline and I had to escape the Homeworld via escape pods. We had been separated and we crash-landed on Earth. When we crashed into the Kindergarden, our physical body forms were too damaged and we had to reform. Luckily, our Gems were intact. That's how we ended up on Earth.
