She often feels demotivated unless Lionel (the semivowel I character) is around, explaining her almost always coming before I making the /j/ sound. - Walter (W as V) is Wilson's best friend and likes Germanic history and culture, hence his German-esque outfit. He usually travels in an old wagon. - Exarcho (voiced X) is Max's partner-in-crime. He likes to stay outdoors a lot, hence his military outfit. He likes to crash his helmet for test purposes, and it has high durability.
