Jesus died on a cross so we don't have to suffer for the bad things we do. He suffered for us. A painful horrible death. But that was not the end. Three days later he rose from the grave. He gave us hope, and if we believe in him, we will live with him in heaven forever. I am a Christian which means I believe in Jesus, that he rose back to life, that he is the son of God, and that he forgave my sins. Today, Easter Sunday is the day that we recognize what he did for us on the cross.
