I, @D-ScratchNinja, take user data privacy seriously when I collect telemetry data through Cloud variables to help me make improvements. This project explains how I inform users about this and offer choice as appropriate. I've actually been doing this since 2022, but the policy and how I documented it has gone through some revisions and refinements, and that called for a new project, built around having more space to write the document. This is a complete from-the-ground-up rewrite that I think better expresses my efforts to protect user data privacy while being more balanced, not getting in the way of the fun. It may not be perfect, but I'll keep improving from here. There's nothing to agree to here, it's just me telling you what I do to protect your privacy.
