Followed Griffpatch's tutorial on making Boids. Boids is an artificial life simulation originally developed by Craig Reynolds. The aim of the simulation was to replicate the behavior of flocks of birds. Similar colored boids will group together and will repel other colors. Colors change over time when boids get near each other. Can be changed with a setting. Turbowarp: https://turbowarp/964313489/ Space - Show all settings (press right to see next page) B - Adjust boid count C - Adjust group compaction S - Change how much the boids stay away from each other A - Change the alignment of group speeds E - Change how fast boids react O - Change how much boids stick together T - Change the Trail Length P - Change how much the boids are pushed (or pulled) away from the cursor U - Cursor Repel. -1 for repel, 0 for ignore, 1 for attraction R - Change the detection range for repelling and grouping Z - Change size of boids between 50 and 75% Species Scared - Are species scared of other species? Species Change - Do species evolve over time? 1 - Reset to default settings 2 - Agile settings 3 - Chaotic Settings
