[MY PERSONAL OPINIONS] sharing some more kpop opinions (mainly BTS) if you get triggered or smthing, pls leave. I'm gonna be brutally honest. Please remember these opinions are PERSONAL. feel free to agree/disagree in the comments :) let's get started. 1. BTS Is Overhyped So guys I am an army but BTS is overhyped. No they aren't overrated they worked hard to get where they are. So I first started seeing BTS being over hyped when Army acted like Boy With Luv was the best thing to ever be released. For me the song was a ploy to get more love from western fans. Also Halsey being in the song was not needed. Every BTS song isn't good. Yes I love their music but I prefer their older music. Persona was a let down for me Yes I am aware a lot of Army won't agree but other groups than BTS exist. It also makes me mad when Army act like BTS are better than 2nd gen. artists. BTS wouldn't exist without them. I adore the boys but the way some army overhype them drives me crazy. I've heard fans say Boy With Luv is their fav song as well. 2. BTS vs Blackpink and BangPink ships, and more ships??? Please don't do this. Just because Jungkook and Rose look at each other for five seconds, doesn't mean anything 3. none of the members own a song just because they produced it or wrote it. yes, maknae line stans, this is for you. when be came out many people where like "taehyung's song" (referring to blue & gray) and "jungkook's song" (referring to telepathy) and no, both are bts's songs. if we are going to play by "the one who produced or wrote the song owns it" then instead of bts's discography it's yoongi, j-hope and rm's discography. you can praise them and be proud of them (just as i scream my lungs out everytime i see prod by jk) without claiming that they own the song because that's not the case. how would you feel if people said "rm's song that debuted in the #1 of the hot100" (butter)? bad, right? because you know the other members worked extremely hard too and because it's also their song. so don't do the same with the maknae line. my time is jungkook's song, your eyes tell it's bts's song. okay i think i've offended a good amount of ppl. So i'll stop :))
