Ian Shepherd-Barclay Dear Ian, The testing of the first of the AKS Cross Class of Cruisers, named the AKS Cross of course, have proceeded with great results. Field testing of the shields from attacks from the new SFC-1 Fighter Craft, which are also undergoing their first field testing, have held up well. The ship itself has been on good track to confirm the estimated top speeds and LRwoOS (Life Reserves without Outside Support, incase you forgot) targets. The SFC-1s have performed above expectations as well, their large rockets, automatic 2au Cannons, and their large downfacing Gluon Guns have all performed well and have destroyed practice targets with ease. According to our pilots, the fighters are very maneuverable and have steady ride, despite the g-forces put into them even when turning at top speed.
