Once again, you find yourself back in the Archives, those 'loop' tapes still fresh in your mind. As you dug around the boxes and statements, you found another tape labeled 'L58..' which had been hidden in a book... The Archivist wasn't around... what's the harm in listening to it? ㅤㅤ----------------------------------------------------------------- ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ+ click + ㅤㅤ----------------------------------------------------------------- [The only sound at the moment was coughing and gasping.] "S-statement... b..begins.." M: "Jon, let me do it this time. You just got back and I don't want you to leave so soon." "No, statements are my job.." [The table is slammed once again] M: "Jon please! You got your head lopped off! You are still bleeding! For god's sake, just let me record the statement instead!" "I have to be the one who records these..." [The recorder is swatted off the table, their argument can be heard in full, even the cursing and the impacts of.. well, brawling... .... ... After a few moments of hearing them fight, you turn off the recorder.] ㅤㅤ----------------------------------------------------------------- ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ+ click + ㅤㅤ----------------------------------------------------------------- The room.. seemed to be filling with fog? M: "Hey um..Yamada? That tape is... personal use only." That was Martin, he seemed to be more.. concerned about that tape.. You look at the tape, then back up at him, still nervous about the time the Archivist found out. M: "Can I, please have that tape? If you're done with it." You nod, ejecting the tape and putting it back in the book. { "... s-sorry.." } "It's okay, really. Just be careful with those.." You nod, looking at the fog that's now in the room. { "um. Did you...?" } "This happens sometimes... don't worry." He said. { "oh." } You look back up at Martin, then after a second, stand up and hug him. He returns the hug, in a gentle way as he didn’t want to break any ribs. (^-^) {"..."} "Hm?" What you say next is partially muffled. {".... i hope you two can break out of it.."} "Me too..."
