It's finally here: a fully-functional engine able to sort out CCRP V wars itself. Click the green flag and follow all prompts to get results. This will be used by me for all official battles. Win Criteria: -Stalemate/Toss-Up: As the name states, the battle does little for either sides, even if the war admin chooses to pick a winner for some purpose. -Win: A clear victory for one side. The loser should get pushed back somewhat and some advancement and capturing will be possible. -Decisive Win: Overwhelming victory for a side, likely leading to a collapse of the opposing army. A large opportunity for advancing and capturing territory would exist (provided another army is not nearby in case of a loss). For now, casualties are to be determined by admin.
Credit to @Roitgood for inspiration, and @Asisi_Games_Co for an update. This takes in many factors to determine who will win each battle. Every tech object is assigned with a power value that, when all are added up, gives an approximate strength. Buffs and debuffs based on the countries' status are then added, after which the battle is determined. The good news is that there will be absolutely no question about who wins battles anymore, as the complexity of this engine removes most decisions and bias from the war admins. Adjustments likely needed.
