Hi, everybody! Thanks for viewing this random post, especially since my various periods of prolonged disappearance have kinda scared off all my followers. -This is to inform you on the progress being made considering a mini-game I've been developing with the help of @CupveeAnimates -This fight is a complete recreation of the "Photoshop Flowey sequence" that occurs at the end of Undertale's neutral route. -This means that everything is being redone, completely from scratch on Scratch. This project has been in development for a few months now, and has been heavily delayed due to recent events. (You didn't miss much) This project has earned the placeholder name "PNG Flowey" and is currently the main focus of my time on Scratch. -Anyone who knows me well will know that I have an ice cream scoop of ADHD, and have been known to take on ambitious projects and completely abandon them for another. However, this is already the most developed project at my disposal, (except the webcomic, which is on temporarily indefinite hold due to being locked out of the software used to create and contain it) and I expect to finish it within months, possibly even weeks. DETAILS CONCERNING THE PROGRESS OF THIS PROJECT (as of posting this update): *Overworld- 90% done *Dialogue- 70% done *Battle mechanics- 30% done. With a project this complicated being put on scratch, there's bound to be some... unexpected issues. *Spritework- 80% done. All that's left is Flowey's final design and some attack sprites. *Music + sound effects- 100% done. All sound effects are ready, and you will have the choice to select Toby Fox's original composition or DM Dokuro's remix, GARDEN for the music. (optimization features already in place) *Testing: 10% done. Even with @CupveeAnimates assisting me, there's still a lot of bugs to fix!
Thank you for taking the time to check this out, I hope I can make something cool for you. This project will contain jumpscares, flashing lights/images, loud and sudden sounds, and a mildly disturbing aesthetic. This is to preserve the fillings the original fight contains while still making it "scratch friendly"
